The goods can be ordered as follows:

Order canceling:
- If you decide to cancel your order please inform us within 24 hours after having made the order! (By phone, fax or e-mail only)
Ways of canceling the order if you have paid via the Internet (CardPay):
- By phone within 24 hours after payment
- By fax within 24 hours after payment
- By e-mail within 24 hours after payment
Money return and penalization in case of canceling an order done via the Internet:
- If you have decided to cancel your order and your payment via the Internet was already made AND if you informed us within 24 hours after making the order, we'll return your money in 10 working days
- Nevertheless we're obliged to reduce the money return of 5 % penalization fee from the ordered goods value

Delivery conditions |

- In case of other than CardPay you have to ask Metal Age to give you postage rates to your country which have to be added to the final price
Seller's responsibilities are the following:
- To deliver the goods in correct type, quantity and price as agreed in the order
- To pack the goods in order to protect it during shipment
- To export the ordered goods within 48 hours after having received the order
- In case of not having the appropriate goods in stock to inform the customer
- To issue delivery note with VAT number
Buyer's responsibilities are the following:
- To accept the goods by paying the agreed price
Seller is not responsible for the following:
- Belated delivery due to post services or unpredictable reasons
- Goods damages caused by post services
- Metal Age Productions is not responsible for text and picture material used on the distributed music releases. (Used in booklets and inlay cards)

Warranty:
- The goods are covered by 6-month guaranty in accordance with Slovak customer protecting laws
Returning the goods:
- If you do return (complaint about) the goods please be so kind to send us the goods by registered postage only to our postal address
Money return:
- We kindly request you to inform us about the way you wish us to send you your money back!
